Kimberlee Communications can provide Digital TV, aerial, satellite,telephone and CCTV installations. We will extend our range of services to include state-of-the-art home media distribution systems that don't rely on traditional and limited methods such as coaxial cable and distribution amplifiers.

Pricing Policy:

1. Aerial and Satellite services:

Prices quoted are based on a typical or "standard" installation consisting of the following:

• 6ft galvanised steel pole and wall bracket
• 15m of cable to a single viewing point
• Signal strength assumed to be moderate to good
• Maximum height of 10m

Additional charges will apply for extra height poles, larger aerials, amplifiers and boosters, long cable runs and multiple cables runs.

For Freesat/SKY satellite installations a "standard" installation consists of the following:

• Fixing of a Zone 1 dish to a suitable fixing point accessible by ladders to a maximum height of 10m
• Brackets and cabling to a single TV viewing point 15m from the dish
• Assumed clear line of sight from dish to satellite
• Freesat tuners (Set Top Boxes) are usually supplied by the customer. We can supply on request and will charge the current retail price.

Additional charges will apply for non standard bracketry and fixings, multiple or long cable runs, signal boosters, integration with other services such as TV, FM or DAB radio.

Please note that in some instances we will be expected to utilise existing co-axial cable. Kimberlee Communications will, to the best of its ability, connect to existing cable and provide a working service. However, we cannot guarantee the quality of the existing cable and therefore signal reception to the TV.

Kimberlee Communications is registered as a Freesat Retailer/Installer and can therefore supply and fit Freesat decoders (Set Top Boxes). Kimberlee Communications will comply with and pass on any manufacturers guarantees or warrantees for these devices.

Please note that any discounts offered by Kimberlee Communications either via this website, local advertising or leaflet drops, do NOT include Freeview, Freesat, Free-to-air or SKY decoders. Discounts apply to all other materials and labour charges where applicable.

Guarantees:

All installation work carried out by us is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of the invoice.

Parts supplied are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of invoice or by the terms of the manufacturers "return to base" warranty.

Parts Used:

We use high quality components wherever possible. Cable and aerials are CAI benchmark approved in most cases. Engineers are CAI trained.

Payment:

Invoices are to be paid in full on completion of the work. We will ask you to sign the invoice to indicate that you are completely satisfied with the work carried out.

2. CCTV Services:

Kimberlee Communications will arrange a site survey visit before quoting any financial estimates, even for the most basic of systems.

At this moment in time we do not operate any lease purchase agreements. However we do offer a stage payment system which commences from the moment a contract to commence work is signed. Kimberlee Communications will require an upfront payment based on 30% of the total capital expenditure in order to commence equipment purchase.

Prior to a site visit customers should consider the following aspects;

• What is the primary requirement of the system - i.e general monitoring, event capture, criminal identity etc
• Is night time monitoring required
• What sort of recording is required
• Do you require the ability to control the cameras focus and viewing angle
• Do you want to view the camera images over the internet
• Who will "manage" the system
